You spend all of your time with yourself.
But if we're being honest, it's not always a valued relationship and we treat ourselves quite roughly at times.
Maybe that's because we`re usually not taught unconditional love but that that we need to improve ourselves in order to become valuable.
This creates competition, resentment and the deep belief of not being good enough. If so then it's an eternal game that we'll probably never win.
BUT that can be changed :D!!!
I'm no pro when it comes to self-love but I've developed a lot and am so much more healed, satisfied, conscious and happy today.
A few years earlier I used to be really mean to myself, bathing in self-hate and constantly degrading myself...Life was a struggle.
So I know that we can free ourselves and finally find more inner peace.
Nothing has to be perfect, but every day that we are good to ourselves and to others is a blessed day.

So I wrote this song to celebrate us & to remind that we´re able to celebrate, respect and love ourselves instead of putting us down.
I sing affirmations that are resonating along with a smooth & groovy beat.
